The Hvar Boutique Villas have grown. As the first of the three villas, Villa Terra Rossa on Hvar was renovated by us and then for rent starting in 2014. A hillside location above the cliffs affords stunning views. New starting May 2021 on the other hand are the two villas Azzurro and Verde. Villa Azzurro presents itself in blue, noble in design, comfortable and luxurious for a villa vacation. The Villa Verde is cleverly integrated into the natural landscape. The villa, designed in green and floral tones, also has a south and west orientation. Both villas have 5 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, a spacious living area with kitchen and bar. The highlight of the outdoor areas are the infinity pools of both villas.

If blue is one of your favorite colors, then Villa Azzurro will make you feel right at home. Every imaginable amenity is ready for a wonderful vacation on the island of Hvar. The morning starts with a workout in the outdoor gym, the jump into the pool afterwards refreshes and is the perfect preparation for the day. Have a hearty breakfast, enjoy the terrace and in the afternoon and soak up the sun on your own beach area. Swim, snorkel, read or just sleep. The evening walk to the nearby town ends with a fine Dalmatian dinner in the middle of the historic old town. Would you like to have a drink or a cocktail after a marvelous day? Then we recommend the terrace of your villa. One says that even jumps into the pool have been occurred. So they say.

Villa Verde is the perfect place for sundowner lovers. A glass of champagne or a martini? It doesn’t matter, because the sunset from the terrace at Villa Verde is breathtaking. Imagine you have just returned to the villa from your boat day trip. Your private chef presents you with the evening´s menu and your friends agree that ending the day´s outing in the infinity pool with an aperitif can’t be wrong.
